Returns & Refunds (30 Days)
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused or lightly tried on
- Must be in original condition
- Must include original packaging
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
A $5 flat return shipping fee applies, unless the item is defective.
Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
We stand behind every pair we make.
If your ØMIT shoes become worn out or damaged through normal use, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement per pair.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be the original purchaser
- Must provide valid proof of purchase
- Must submit clear photo or video evidence showing wear or damage
- Shoes must show reasonable, real-world use (not intentional damage or misuse)
Replacement Terms:
- Replacement is for the exact same style, size, and color as the original order
- If your original product is unavailable, we may offer a comparable alternative at our discretion
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with replacements unless otherwise stated
What Is Not Covered
To protect the integrity of this policy, the following are not eligible:
- Intentional damage or alteration
- Cosmetic wear that does not impact function
- Damage from improper use, care, or extreme conditions
- Lost or stolen items
- Requests without proof of purchase
- Excessive or repeated replacement requests
We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or abusive.
